Alright I have teamed up with a friend of mine. Who from now on will be known as Red. Her and I are keeping each other accountable and well… just sharing information. Like today she told me that dyes are bad (posted a picture with some facts.) from that she also told me that Subway uses dyes in their veggies. *puts research hat on* I trust her with everything… however I must research everything .
Ok.. I did the research… and I am grossed out. No more subway for me.. nope .. nada.. gross!!!! Specially if you want to do some clean eating you do NOT want to eat at subway. Every website that I looked at said the same thing. Here is a link for how.. well gross it is!

Check it out for yourself and you will see that there are dyes in the vegies and bread. Chemicals that are very much not needed but are there also in the meats and bread, recently they said they would take out a chemical called Azodicarbonamide. It is used in the process of making plastic things, like yoga mats.
However it is not the only thing I would like to see removed. If they want to call themselves “fresh” it really should be fresh.
I worked at panago, I cannot say for their meats what are in them. But I know the veggies are indeed fresh. I also cannot promise anything about their crust, small steps I suppose for each restaurant or fast food places.
Now for our.. meaning my mission. I would love to lose about 150 pounds. However whatever I can lose will make me happy.

Goal Weight .. Well I don’t really have one. Healthy! I want my doctor to say.. “Wow.. ok you’re doing awesome. Keep at it but watch how much more you lose. “
I want to be informed and know what I am eating, no longer going through life just eating what is placed in front of me.
